NOISE, Inc., a nationally awarded brand definition, development and deployment agency with offices in Florida and Wisconsin, has been awarded a comprehensive, multi-media rebranding contract by Pensacola Bay Area Chamber of Commerce.
Pensacola Bay Area Chamber of Commerce consists of more than 1,200 members and five departments dedicated to economic development; armed services; community and governmental affairs; tourism; and membership. The Chamber is committed to promoting, improving and enhancing the Pensacola Bay Area through responsible economic development, community involvement, and unity of private and public sectors.
Out of a field of six local advertising and communication firms, the Chamber unanimously selected NOISE to rebrand the organization to include brand definition; brand identity; brand messaging; web brand; plus social media marketing and other communication strategies.
“When we looked at the history of how NOISE approached the branding of various chambers, they really have it down to a science,” said Jim Roberts, Emerald Coast Utility Authority spokesman and member of the selection panel. “I was impressed by their experience and their foresight on how the branding effort would play out.”
“The key measure of the Chamber’s current success is that it has attracted leaders to the area whose energy and ideas have contributed to future growth,” said John Sprecher, NOISE Chairman and Creative Director. “Rich in talent, resources, and committed to the ideals of excellence and innovation, those leaders recognized those same qualities in NOISE resulting in our new and exciting partnership.”

NOISE, Inc., an award-winning and multi-media brand marketing agency with offices in Wisconsin and Florida, has announced the promotion of Emily Kettner to Digital Strategies Director.
Having led numerous innovative, highly successful digital-social campaigns as a NOISE Account Leader, placing Kettner as lead visionary for all NOISE digital marketing efforts — across two offices for clients across the country — is an obvious and logical benefit for travel, tourism, entertainment, retail, real estate and the agency’s many other industry marketers. Her proven experience in social media, search engine optimization, e-marketing, pay-per-click campaigns, online tracking mechanisms and video strategies combined with her fresh perspective enables NOISE clients to amplify their success.
“Emily’s passion, innovation and impressive in-depth knowledge of online marketing solutions makes her a trusted leader in a constantly evolving, fast-paced digital environment,” said John Sprecher, NOISE Chairman and Creative Director. “Her ability to lead rather than follow and to deliver measurable results leaves clients wanting more and getting more in return.”
With nearly five years of industry experience, Kettner’s contributions have led to numerous awards for clients such as the Florida Repertory Theatre, ‘Tween Waters Inn Island Resort, Door County Visitor Bureau, Fort Healthcare and VISIT Milwaukee.
