In 2014, Sanibel Captiva Beach Resorts was officially founded as the next generation of Rochester Resorts, a multi-brand hospitality entity. From a single property in 1976, Sanibel Captiva Beach Resorts has dramatically grown its portfolio over the years to include 4 major beach resorts, 1 vacation rental company, 3 destination restaurants, 2 casual restaurants, 2 marinas and day spa.
Recognizing the energies, synergies and efficiencies of uniting these elements under a united brand campaign, NOISE worked to position Sanibel Captiva Beach Resorts as the top resort management and marketing organization in Southwest Florida — and subsequently, the aggressive, bold positioning of “Official Beach Resorts of Sanibel and Captiva Islands” was born. SCBR literally marked its territory with brand bravado, courage and confidence.
